By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any GlobMaps services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GlobMaps provides AI-driven geo-intelligence services including:

• Real-time risk mapping and disease surveillance (Outbreak Radar)

• Climate and flood risk scoring (Risk Map API)

• Supply chain intelligence and port monitoring

• GeoLLM Copilot natural language interface

• Smart alerts and configurable notifications

• API access to geospatial data

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms or data

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform beyond authorized API usage

• Share, resell, or redistribute our data or services without written permission

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

• Use our services to develop competing products or services

• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code through our platform

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice:

• Breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy

• Non-payment of fees for paid services

• Fraudulent or illegal activity associated with your account

• Request by law enforcement or government authorities

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GlobMaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

• We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data sources (USGS, WHO, NASA, GDACS, NOAA)

• We shall not be liable for any decisions made based on our risk assessments or data
